Welsh football star Ramsey has increased the reward for details about his missing canine named Halo to $$20k.

The former Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff player, who currently represents the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, mentioned that the beagle was observed in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato area.

Halo, who vanished on 9 October, was had on a tracking device, and the footballer posted a map pinpoint of the spot she vanished from.

"Any sort of information concerning our beloved Halo please contact us. Significant incentive for locating her. We are all hoping she is safe and comes home to our side quickly," the athlete posted on Instagram.

Initial Reward and Emotional Appeals

Ramsey initially revealed that Halo had gone missing 14 days prior and has since shared numerous pictures of the beloved pet on his social media account.

A seven thousand five hundred pound bounty was first offered, but with lack of updates on the dog's location after a seven days, Ramsey and his family raised the sum.

"We just want Halo back," he said in another appeal on social media after the 10-year-old dog disappeared.

A recent picture post is a black and white photo of the beagle snoozing, its head lying in the curve of the athlete's arm, with the caption: "What I'd do to cuddle you one last time sweet Halo."

Household's Worries and Background

The footballer has also posted a note from his wife Mrs. Ramsey on online channels saying they have some "pressing queries" about the incident and are concerned the household "might not receive clarity".

"We still are still searching for Halo. It is unlikely we will," his wife's post expressed.

The Wales captain joined Mexico's first division team Pumas UNAM recently and made his first appearance in the Mexican league in the eighth month.
